I am not a harley expert by any means but definitely an hd enthusiast. Sure there is some missing pieces or parts and certainly could use a little attention. But the bike is all there and runs drives and shifts, . Still has its 6 volt system. Motor runs good with no smoke and usually starts by the 3rd kick after prime. Sometimes even starts on the 1st kick after prime.
